The project contributes in enhancing the youth, and women quality of life in Ezbet El-Nakhal and Khosus areas through rendering a full package that aims to provide job opportunities, creating non formal sources of income through building the capacities of ladies and youth in the targeted areas to enter and be sustainable in job market.

The project deals with all sorts of educational levels for ladies and youth, this was taken carefully into consideration during the project activities design, the cultural, educational diversity for the target groups, this is implemented through investment in the local resources, and forming, and building capacity of a society committee for sustainability support.

The project benefits youth from the age of 18 till 35 years old, also targets girls and ladies from the age of 18 years till 50 years.

The project intervenes in Ezbet el-Nakhl, Khosus, work is implemented with fousing on Zarayeb Ezbet ElNakl areas.

Project axes::

This program is pivoted on providing appropriate job opportunities for youth and young ladies through the relations with business owners, factories owners in the project geographical areas or in the societies.

The youth is qualified to enter the labor market through building the capacities of the targeted groups in several areas such as raising the awareness of work value, training to possess the time management skills, team work, writing their own curriculum Vitae, passing the personal interview in work places.

This component works on providing technical advice, Persistant followup of the targeted group in the labor market.

The project works on empowering youth opportunities entering the labor market through building their capacities by gaining of different vocational skills, that is on demand by the job market in our two targeted geographical areas, also to provide some services in the targeted socities such as mbile phones maintenance, cooling and air conditioning, maintenance ad setting the alarm systems,Surveillance Cameras,computer maintenance, coiffeur, photocopiers maintenance, and other non-formal professions, homecrafts such as was industry, handmade carpets, Porcelain, , bakeries, leather products, Accessories, and others.

The project also works on investing the community resources to recycle the residues and transforming it to products that can be sold through the training of paper, textiles, wood waste, and organic wastes.

When the project supports the target groups in founding small projects through supporting their skills through training on market study, entrepreneurship, also founding and management of small projects, also marketing training, besides rendering projects loans for micro projects especially craft projects.
