Shell Intilaaqah

The Intilaaqah Program is a regional program supported and funded in Egypt by Shell Petroleum and the British Council. It is a global program that began in the United Kingdom in 1982 and has been implemented in more than 25 countries around the world. It is implemented in 6 Arab countries, including Egypt. It is one of the most important social responsibility programs. Qualifying young people of both sexes towards small projects, entrepreneurship and marketing, and providing all the necessary skills and information to help young people build their idea and transform it into actual implementation. The organization has been participating in this program since 2008 and has trained more than 1,500 young people on the program. Annually, at least a graduate of the organization wins the annual competition for the program. The organization covers the governorates of Cairo, Qalyubia, Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan and Fayoum.
