This is one of the main projects that the foundation is caring about, which is through caring to create job opportunities for youth from both genders through, rehabilitating the beneficiaries, this project started back in 2008, with the support of a French organization.

The cooperation is sustainable till present, more than seven hundreds of youth have benefited, the project managed to create five hundred and sixty jobs in various professions, and skills such as: recycling, various types of maintenance. Construction works, working in the fields of mobile and dish maintenance.

And other professions, the project concentrated in Khosus, and Ezbet El-Nakhl areas, besides awareness, and life skills that was rendered to the families, poor insivisuals.
